REFUND POLICY

GENERAL POLICY & PRODUCT CONDITION STANDARDS

At DSN Training, every product is carefully inspected to ensure it is shipped in new, unworn, and mint condition. Due to the nature of athletic apparel and hygiene standards, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered unless an item is found to have a manufacturer defect.

 

We take quality control seriously and verify all items before shipment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that normal variations in fit, feel, or color do not constitute defects.

 

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to sizing, fit preference, or style selection.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Refunds or replacements are only considered if the product arrives with a verified manufacturer defect. Examples include fabric flaws, stitching issues, or construction defects that were present prior to use.

 

If you believe your item is defective, you must contact DSN Training within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the issue and original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or use will not be eligible for review.

 

Approved defect claims may result in a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES FOR FIT & SIZE

If an item does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped accordingly.

 

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items returned outside this window or not meeting eligibility requirements will not be accepted.
