SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES
All orders placed through DSN Training are subject to processing and availability. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Once an order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and handed off to the selected shipping carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. DSN Training is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
SHIPPING METHODS, RATES, AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
DSN Training offers shipping options calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing (for international shipments), or local delivery issues. DSN Training is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
DSN Training is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item(s) so we can assist with a claim.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. DSN Training will provide tracking details and support when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.
